FAQs

We want to make accessing our services as easy as possible for you, so we have put together a list of frequently asked questions below.

How much will my sessions cost?

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions are £35 a session. Sessions delivered remotely via our teletherapy platform (video) are also £35 a session.

How often will I need to come?

You will be allocated a weekly session slot on the same day at the same time.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person however if you have been recommended to have a particular number of sessions (e.g. 6 sessions) then this can be accommodated.

Is there parking available?

Unfortunately, there is no parking available onsite. Please do not park on the office car park. There are plenty of options for free parking on the roads surrounding the office. Please contact me prior to your appointment if you have limited mobility as I will be able to reserve a space for you on the office car park.

Is the office wheelchair accessible?

The counselling room is located on the ground floor and accessible to wheelchair users.

Can I bring someone with me?

Clients are welcome to be accompanied to sessions, however their guest must be seated in the waiting area during the session.

What do I do when I arrive for my session?

When you arrive for your session your counsellor will be there to greet you at your session time. They will let you into the building and show you to the counselling room. Please do not ring the bell until the time your session is due to begin as this may disturb the end of another clients session.

What If I can't attend my session?

Please contact us via email if you cannot attend your session. Clients are asked to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange sessions.
