SP counselling service was founded to provide affordable and excellent quality counselling to people with mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing concerns.

Unfortunately, concerns around finances can add more pressure to many of the common issues that people come to therapy for and with this in mind sometimes counselling can feel out of reach for many people.

 

With SP counselling service, you can access therapy quickly and affordably, without any limit on the number of sessions you can have and as we have an open access policy, you do not need a referral from your GP to access the service and you can self- refer.

We provide therapy for adults who want support to overcome anxiety, build self- esteem and confidence, fight depression and low mood and achieve healthy relationships

SP counselling service upholds strong ethical principals and excellent professional standards to ensure that every client who uses our service is appropriately and safely supported.

Our counselling rooms are comfortable, welcoming and private spaces and we aim to provide you with the best possible environment for your sessions.

We are able to offer face to face and remote sessions (video). 

​

All of our counselling rooms are located on the ground floor, making them more accessible to clients.

​

Our Counsellors and Psychotherapists are hand picked to work with the service and have a range of qualifications and backgrounds. 

We also offer a few clinical placements to select trainees studying on Counselling and Psychotherapy courses at a minimum of Degree level. Any work conducted by clinical placement students is closely supervised by qualified and experienced Counsellors.
